Who We Are

At Inclusion Clare, we support adults with disabilities to achieve their full potential. Guided by trust, respect, and equity, we provide vocational training that builds skills and independence, while also offering home services that connect our participants with meaningful work in the community. Our vision is of inclusive communities where every person is celebrated for who they are.

Inclusion Clare strives to set new goals and provide new opportunities for our participants every day. From outings to our local cultural sites to vendor opportunities at local festivals, Inclusion Clare's participants are given the experiences necessary for social engagement, vocational training, life skills, and more! â€‹

The Impact

Since only the summer of 2025, Inclusion Clare has experienced several meaningful events and services with and for our community. In addition to our vocational training at the Day Program, we have also:

  • Committed to over 200 hours of Home Services

  • Gained over 250 hours of Community Employment

  • Attended 14 cultural and community events and outings

  • Designed a system and moved 2 clients into ILS

Together with our community,  Inclusion Clare has created meaningful relationships that will provide our participants with lasting experiences that will continue to serve them to reach their fullest potential. For more information on what we offer, and how to become part of our growing team, please check out the links below. We can't wait to hear from you!

We acknowledge that we are gathered on the traditional and unceded territory of the Mi'kmaq people.
